ASAF
A freight exchange where shippers post loads, carriers bid on them, and ASAF sits in between as the forwarder. A web app for the companies, an admin panel for the ASAF team, and the ASAF Driver app for drivers. We designed, built and run all of it.
Tech stack
Organising a load today usually happens over phone, email and paper: quotes from several carriers, back-and-forth with the driver, a photo of the CMR somewhere in a message thread. ASAF wanted a system where a load can be followed from posting to payout, and where the driver has a tool of their own, not just the office.
The carrier enters their own price; the total is that price plus the forwarding fee. Before bidding, they can see what offers are already in.
During a job the app sends a position every 5 minutes. At each stop the driver confirms arrival and uploads photos and the CMR, and the next stop only unlocks after that.
AI reads the data off uploaded carrier invoices, translates chat messages in one click, and flags anyone trying to share a phone number or email to go around the platform.

The shipper, the carrier, the driver and the ASAF team all see the same load, each in their own app. Instead of phone calls and paper, every step happens in the system and can be looked up later.
