Webshop migration + WEF shipping integration
The webshop for premium belt-drive bikes, run by Massive Corporation Kft. - steel frames, carbon forks, internal gear hubs, built to order. Booda Bike switched IT partners: we took the system over, migrated it in full to a new ecosystem, and wired in WEF's shipping and returns flow.

The webshop ships to ~85 countries in four languages and three currencies, with a product configurator and VAT handling that differs by country. In the IT-partner switch, the stakes were moving the whole system - code, data, orders, customer accounts - to a new ecosystem without losing data or sales.
