The challenge

In kitchens, HACCP documentation is done on paper: slow, error-prone and hard to compile at audit time. What was needed was a Hungarian-language system that also works offline and makes daily checks reliable and audit-ready.

What we delivered

  • Digital temperature monitoring with threshold alerts
  • Shift start/end checklists and cleaning schedules
  • Prepared-food registration and food-waste logging
  • Cloud sync with offline data entry and audit-ready reports

The solution

Tablet-first log

Daily HACCP tasks are recorded in a few taps - without disrupting kitchen work.

Automated monitoring

Temperature thresholds, alerts and an AI assistant that interprets measurements and recommends actions.

Audit-ready reports

Daily, weekly and monthly PDF reports - ready for inspection anytime.
